Foresight Growth Fuels Expansion

Columbus, OH, July 21, 2004 – Foresight Corporation, the leading provider of transaction processing automation solutions for healthcare, has announced the addition of three Director-level positions to help meet growing demand for the Company's products and services. Foresight has been regularly adding to its team of software developers, marketing, sales, and public relations personnel.

Elizabeth Scoville has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Scoville, who has been with Foresight since 2000 has over 15 years experience in marketing including work with Prudential Healthcare, Aetna, and various hospital and medical associations. Other previous work includes marketing roles in the retail industry and media relations for a political campaign.

Jim Read, recently hired as Foresight’s Director of Business Development, brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare IT industry working in such firms as WebMD, Aetna, US HDI, and ENS.

Satyen Hombali brings over 20 years experience in IT management working for such firms as Price Waterhouse, Unilever, and Optimum Technology to Foresight. He joins the Company as its Director of Product Management.
