Premier EDI Provider Enhances Network Service

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Foresight Corporation and Sterling
Commerce, a division of SBC, today announced an agreement under which Sterling
Commerce will use Foresight technology to include its InStream(TM) and HIPAA
Validator(R) solutions in its network service.

The newest addition to the Foresight HIPAA Validator product family,
InStream, provides live production validation to all seven types of testing
recommended by the Workgroup on EDI (WEDI). Designed as a high-performance,
scalable solution, InStream has already been deployed by leading health care
organizations, including Nationwide Insurance, WebMD, Anthem Blue Cross Blue
Shield, and Fairview Hospital. Sterling Commerce also will use InStream to
validate compliance for all types of EDI in addition to HIPAA.
