Recordant Mission to Enhance National Guard RecruitingGeorgia, Kentucky and Louisiana ARNG first to deploy Recordant technology to analyze meetings with potential recruitsAlpharetta, GA December 3, 2007 — Recordant today announced it had reached agreements with the Army National Guards in Georgia, Kentucky and Louisiana to provide audio-capture technology and consulting solutions that generate meaningful and actionable feedback from face-to-face interactions between recruiting officers and potential recruits. Recordant (www.recordant.com) will provide a comprehensive solution based on its Moment of Truth Intelligence™ (MOTI) technology platform. The mission is to help fill boots in National Guard units at home and on operations overseas. The focus will be on improving recruiting efficiency by identifying recruiters' training and coaching needs, and ensuring compliance with mandated process and procedures. Recruiters will wear Recordant's portable, digital audio-recorders during one-on-one sessions with applicants. Recordings will then be uploaded over the internet to a secure host server where Recordant's advanced audio analytics and business rules software will assess and score recruiters against standardized criteria for reporting. Recordant's solution will also provide command and control on the frontlines of recruiting by allowing distributed or remote Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers in charge (NCOIC) the ability to access and playback recorded recruiter interactions using a secure online portal. As an additional benefit, the solution will compile usable evidence of regulatory and legal compliance. Recordant's services were tested during a pilot program with the Georgia Army National Guard. The pilot, which ran for 13 weeks between July and October 2006, involved 24 Guard recruiters, and demonstrated an approximate 182% increase in recruiter productivity, as well as projected cost savings of more than five million dollars annually. Recordant CEO Chris Etter, said, "Honing the National Guard's ability to recruit the next generation of guardsmen is vital work. Our technology, analytics and consulting solutions have been tailored to meet the Guard's high standards of efficiency and security and we expect to considerably enhance recruiting effectiveness. We are very proud to work alongside our National Guard colleagues in this endeavor." Work began October 2007. About Recordant
